“I’ve had a few good experiences here — when my old laptop was dying, brought in and they said I was better off replacing, and helped me ID a few good options based on my needs and budget (they don’t sell computers and didn’t send me to a  particular store — just made recommendations based on their expertise, which I appreciated.) Then, they did a free diagnosis when my new laptop had an issue and were correct that there was a hard drive problem. When I got it back from the manufacturer, they set everything up and put all of my data back where it should be (I had online backup), reinstalled programs, etc. so it works like new. I’m not terribly tech savvy and have found them easy to work with, fast, and seemingly fair-priced (I haven’t done much shopping around because I like and trust them.”
