It went very well. When I went into their shop to get an evaluation, I felt that they quickly understood what might have happened. They explained what they thought they would need to do and what they expected the results to be. They explained what some of the outcomes could be that might still cause me some problems. But the work was performed in a day with the best possible outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

These guys are great! We are a small CPA firm in the middle of our busiest time, tax season. Our server went down at midnight from a power surge with the last snow storm. Kostas from Computer Domain was at our offices at 7 am the next morning to see what the problem was. Power surge fried two of the drives. Kostas from Computer Domain took the server back to his shop, retrieved the data from the bad drives, copied onto new drives and returned the server to us that evening. Plugged it in and we were back in business. Effortless. Can’t say enough good things about these guys, saved us from a true disaster!
